Order Fulfillment

Every product ordered on this site is created at the time of purchase by Printful – an on demand printing and fulfillment company. We do not house our own inventory, nor are we responsible for packaging and shipping.

Once an order is placed, it is not possible to edit or cancel it. If you need to change the address your item is being sent to, please contact us immediately and we can attempt to have your order redirected. We are not obligated to make any modifications to your orders, but will do our best to ensure your order arrives at its proper destination on a case-by-case basis.

Please ensure order accuracy prior to placing your order to ensure your receive the proper items at the correct address.

When Will I Get My Order?

It usually takes about 3-7 days for your order to be processed and created, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping time will vary depending on your location but usually takes about 3-4 business days. However, due to issues that have stemmed from Covid-19, fulfillment and shipping times may be longer than usual until things get back to normal. You can also expect a slight delay time during the Holiday Seasons as well.

Where Will My Order Ship From?

Printful has fulfillment centers all over the world. Your items will ship from the fulfillment center closest to you.

My Order Should be Here by Now, But I Still Don’t Have it. What Should I Do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us by filling out our contact form. Be sure to include your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.

How Do I Track My Order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about
your tracking or shipment, reach out to us here.

I Received a Wrong/Damaged Product. What Should I Do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please contact us immediately.

To ensure a quick resolution please include the following:

  • photos of the damaged product
  • your order number
  • any other relevant details about your order

This information will help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Returns

What’s Your Return Policy?

Being that all orders are custom made, we only offer returns if the items received are damaged or incorrect. We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyers remorse or for products ordered in incorrect sizes. Please view the Size Guide on each product page to ensure a proper fit prior to ordering.

That being said, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I Exchange an Item for a Different Size/Color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know within a week after receiving your order.

Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!
